It was purchased new in May of 1985 from O'Hare International Autos in Elk Grove Village, IL. Custom-spec'd in "Kalahari Metallic", this color is fairly rare for the 80's, as most that left the factory were Guards Red, Black or Alpine White.

It just received a full service which included a new Bosch Electric Fuel Pump & Filter, new Crankshaft Position Sensor, new Hood Shocks, new Accessory Belt, and an oil & filter service ($1,492 receipt).
