Original one family owned California 1969 Toyota Landcruiser with only 32k original miles (per current owner). This Land Cruiser was purchased new by the grandfather then inherited by his son. The son then passed it on to his adult daughters who now jointly own the vehicle.
This 1969 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 Two Door Land Cruiser Hard Top/ Convertble has always been stored/garaged throughout its 3-Generation Family History.
According to an independent Appraiser, it has its factory original 3.9L Inline-6 Engine, column mounted 3-Speed Manual Transmission and 4-Wheel Drive Components. It even has its extremely rare Original Dealer Supplied Ice-Chest painted to match the exterior color. It features a forward split bench seat with rear jump seats and a factory original rear swing out spare tire carrier.
Originally painted Red, this vehicle went through a comprehensive frame off restoration in 2006 with the highest level of workmanship. At that time it was completely dis-assembled and then re-painted Yellow and re-upholstered with Grey cloth interior. All parts are either factory original re-manufactured or factory new. Every nut, bolt, screw and washer has been zinc plated to avoid any rust. All hoses and wiring are properly installed and secured. At the time of restoration, the vehicle was fitted with aftermarket Polished Eight Slotted Wheels (15x7.50), 33" BF Goodrich All-Terrain Tires and a Black Vinyl Covered Roof.
Prior to our listing it went through a complete & thorough service /inspection at a cost in excess of $8,500.
