Vehicle Overview

Cardiff Classics presents this beautiful 1964 Porsche 356C finished in Champagne Yellow, the original color for the car with the dash face still in its original paint. The entire interior was restored to the highest standard from the headliner to the carpet, replacing the original black interior with a beautiful Tan Leather and Coco mats cover original style rubber floor mats. The original radio is still in the dash and connected to an aftermarket amplifier/speakers. The original engine was rebuilt approx. 8,000 miles ago, and the car has a total of 119,406 original miles since new.  The previous owner is a long time Porsche 356 enthusiast and has rebuilt many Porsche engines over the years. He pulled the original engine (#P*711122*) and rebuilt it using Aluminum forged pistons, factory cast iron barrels, and an SC counter balanced crank. The engine has a 9.25 compression ratio. The engine is fed by the original Zenith carburetors. Koni shocks were fitted all the way around for a smooth driving experience. The 5 1/2 inch wheels are fitted with Vredstein and decorated with early 356 C caps (a rare, relatively short production run hub cap with no Porsche logo on them). An extra set of new hub caps with the Porsche logo will be included with the sale of the car as well as some other various parts.
